Art Therapy Courses in English

Metàfora offers several courses in Art Therapy, among them a Postgraduate Degree and a Masters (university level). Most of these course run in Spanish, and all aplicants will need to speak this language fluently in order to assist.

On the other hand, Metàfora is responding to the demand from our international students, and from 2010 we offer now offers several Art Therapy courses in English. Among them is the Art therapy Option on Metàfora's Summer Intensive.
Students who opt for any of these courses will recieve Metàfora's Initial Diploma in Art Therapy. This equals a Foundation Course in Art Therapy, a requirement when applying for professional training in the majority of English-speaking universities.

International Workshop, Art Therapy Option
This course is fulltime time and lasts a semester or an entire academic year.
The International Workshop consists of several modules or options between which the students can choose. The Art Therapy option runs on every Thursday morning, allowing this way the students to be able to take part in other activities and workshops during the rest of the week.

Summer Intensive, Art Therapy Option
In addition to the of Art Therapy Option on the International Workshop, Metàfora now offers an Enflish speaking version of our traditional Art Therapy Summer Schoolduring the last two weeks of July. This course is called the Summer Intensive and contemplates 25 weekly hours, for two weeks. For more information,click here
