Whatever the background of the students from the International Workshop, we emphasise the necesity of training certain sensibilities around presenting their visual language to the public.
Throughout the academic year we offer different activities with the aim of developing this:
In tutorials and work-presentations we try to help students to articulate their dicourse and fomulate it in writing. Though workshops we provide them with specific tools such as basic knowledge about graphic design and layout, http-editing, blogging, cv-writing and editing texts, etc.
Basically we want to equip them to face a world where multi-media flows, where many tools are available for free on the internet, and where a professional presentation of the work is highest order of the day.
The results are often impressive books and web pages, as well as a raised awareness of the importance of self-presentations.
